Refund policy
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, odors, and pet hair.
Items returned in used condition, without original packaging, or missing tags may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or rejection. Rejected returns incur a $15 return shipping fee.
All return or exchange requests must be submitted through our return portal before shipping.

Return Shipping Labels
Redo Unlimited Returns Customers:
A pre-paid shipping label will be provided inside the return portal. Redo does not extend the 14-day return window.
Non-Redo Customers:
A discounted return label will be available for purchase in the portal.
Quick Exchanges:
If your event is within two weeks, we recommend placing a new order or using Instant Exchange.
Return Shipping for U.S. Territories and Military Addresses
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses will incur a separate return shipping fee. Our Returns Department will notify you before processing.
Processing & Refunds
Please allow 7–10 business days for return processing. Refunds typically post within 2–3 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
Important Information
- Shipping costs and Redo fees are non-refundable.
- Do not return items to the manufacturer.
- Sale items incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Unclaimed or Ineligible Returns
Unclaimed returns after 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be discarded or donated.

Unlimited Returns & Instant Exchanges
How Redo Unlimited Returns WorkRedo Unlimited Returns provides prepaid labels and unlimited return attempts within the standard 14-day window.
Exchanges reset the return window from the delivery date of the exchange.
Redo is non-refundable once fulfilled.
- Select the exchange item.
- A temporary authorization hold is placed.
- The replacement item ships.
- The hold is released once the return is received.
Tips & Common Issues with Returns & Exchanges
Tips Returning Tuxedos, Suits, or JacketsAll tags must be attached. Altered garments are not returnable.
Missing garment bags or hangers may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Individual package items may be exchanged, but not refunded separately.
We recommend registering your wedding party to ensure availability and coordination.
Shirts must be returned in original packaging to avoid restocking fees.
Shoes must be unworn and returned with original packaging.
All items in the set must be returned together.
Sale items incur a 20% restocking fee. Final Sale items are not eligible.
A 20% restocking fee applies to large production or costume department orders.
