Return Policy

If for whatever reason you are not completely 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a money back return and exchange policy.

REFUNDS: Item(s) being returned for a refund must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

EXCHANGES:  We understand that majority of our customers have a future event they're preparing for, so we give more time for sizing issues. Item(s) being returned for an exchange must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include any tags (still presented in the same manor). It can not have deodorant stains, sweat stains, make-up stains, animal hair, or smell like cologne, body odor, or smoke. In other words, we must be able to resell the item as new. Items returned used, not in the same condition, or without original packaging maybe subject to a 20% restocking fee or rejected.

Please allow 7-10 business days to process returns. If you are requesting an exchange and are under a time crunch, we suggest placing a new order for the right size and return the old order for a refund.

We require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for all returns or exchanges. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To obtain a RMA:

If you created an account:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click “Order History”
  3. A list of all your orders will show. Find the corresponding order ID for the item you wish to return. Click “View”.
  4. Your full order will show. Find the item you wish to return and click “Return”.
  5. You will be directed to a Product Return page with all your information filled in. You only need to select a Return Reason.
  6. Agree to return policy and click submit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You can choose any shipping method to return your item, but we highly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

The following items are ones we see the most issues with in returns/exchanges:

Shirts: Shirts must be returned in it's original packaging to receive a full refund. Shirts are the most troubling return. As long as you try to repackage the shirt, you won't recieve a restocking fee. But if the shirt is balled up and returned you a restocking fee will be applied. All of our shirts are true to size. Please double check sizing before ordering. In each shirt product on our website, you’ll find a tab with a sizing chart and how to measure yourself. Please use that information when selecting your size. If shirts are returned without packaging, or without tags (if applicable), a 20% restocking fee will be applied. If there is no packaging at all the shirt will be rejected. 

Shoes: If you are returning or exchanging a pair of shoes they cannot show any signs of being worn or used. This includes, but is not limited to, walking creases on top of the shoe and any type of dirt on the bottom of the show. Please return shoes in the same condition and packaging/box you received them in. If you received a shoe box, please do not just tape up the box and slap a return label on the shoe box. We cannot resell this item as new and you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or rejected.

Tuxedos/Suits: To return or exchange a tuxedo or suit all tags must still be intact (that includes tags on the sewn on sleeve). If there are no tags, the return/exchange will be rejected. Also, you can not alter or tailor the coat or jacket in anyway. If altered or tailored the item cannot be returned. Majority of our tuxedos and suits are married sets. We understand that some married sets won’t work with everyone. If you come across the issue of the coat or pants being slightly bigger or smaller, we suggest taking your garment to a tailor. Generally, our tuxedos and suits include extra fabric that a tailor would be able to use. 20% Restocking fee will be assessed if hanger, tuxedo bag, and any other packaging is missing.

Boys Tuxedos/Suits: These are married sets. To return or exchange a boy’s tuxedo or suit everything must be returned together in its original packaging and tags. If one item is missing from the set, the entire return cannot be accepted. Please double check before returning.

Closeout /Discounted Items: Whenever a product is marked closeout and/or discontinued on our website and sold at a reduced price, these items cannot be returned for a refund. They can be returned for an exchange or a store credit. Any closeout or discontinued item will be clearly marked before purchasing.

*** Any products that are rejected because they don't meet our return policy (ie. opened products, tags missing, used condition, etc.), customer will be responsible for shipping cost to return the package back to customer. A shipping fee for the cost of return shipping will be charged to the credit card on file. If the shipping fee is not paid, package will not be returned. Please make sure your items meet our return policy before mailing it back to us. ***
